The Netflix app is not working. When I pick a movie it states that there is trouble playing this title right now. Please try back later or pick a different title. But when I pick another title it says the same thing!

I am using a shared wifi at a recreational complex….I’m beginning to think that this is the problem? Does Vizio not connect to shared wifi?

My TV has been acting up lately. The picture will be great for a while (anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 hour). Then the picture will start doing this regardless of which input I am using…

When I touch the TV (lightly or rough) the problem fixes temporarily. Or even leaving it alone it will sometimes fix itself.

    Any ideas?

Our Vizio Model # E500i-A1 was recently moved a long distance. Just got it hooked up today and something is obviously wrong (see picture).

Has anyone seen this before? Is it an issue that can be fixed or am I looking at replacement?

    Thanks,
    Bill
